Q: I saw an item in your store but it's not on your website. How can I purchase this item and have it sent to me?

A: Call us at 781-643-3767! We can take your order over the phone and send the item to you.

Q: Are all the items on your website in stock at your retail store?

A: Some but not all items are stocked at our retail store. Since we ship from several locations, some items are available for purchase from our website only. If you would like to purchase one of these items and avoid shipping charges, simply order the item from our website, select the "in-store pickup" shipping option, and we will notify you when the item is available for pickup.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: Only if your purchase is a taxable item being shipped to an address in Massachusetts.

Q: Is your website secure?

A: Yes! Protecting your personal information is important to us. Our website is powered by Yahoo using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all personal data including your credit card number, name and address.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we will ship most of our items internationally. If your location is not listed as an option in our shipping menu, please email us at info@coyoteimpressions.com writing "international shipping in the subject line. Include the address you want to ship to, the items you are purchasing and how quickly you need your package. We will get back to you promptly with the details.
