Our journey in retail began 20 years ago when we both left conventional jobs to take a year off to travel. While exploring the landscape on a trip to the southwest, we met many artists and developed a passion for Native American jewelry and crafts. We decided to try selling the many treasures we discovered and named our business “Coyote Impressions” after our southwestern inspiration. For our first few years, we sold at crafts fairs, colleges and just about any place that would allow us to set up a table with our wares. After developing a loyal customer following, we opened our gift shop located in Arlington, Massachusetts in 1994. We initially planned to sell Native American jewelry and crafts but quickly realized that we would have to expand our product line beyond southwest jewelry and gifts for our business to succeed. While we continue to carry Native American jewelry, dream catchers, Zuni fetishes, and southwestern crafts, we added pottery from Mexico, Russian nesting dolls, Judaica, handbags and wallets, Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and Boston Bruins novelties, children‘s toys, and numerous other interesting and creatively designed products. We are widely known for our beautiful artisan jewelry. Unique and handcrafted, we sell necklaces, earrings and bracelets made from seaglass, dichroic glass, resin, sterling silver and Austrian crystals. We usually have over a 1000 pairs of earrings to select from! To quote one of our customers, we have "an eclectic, fun and interesting mix of products - something for every taste and personality."

Shipping and Refund Information:
We will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Please let us know if you have special circumstances and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We use UPS for our shipping. Options and charges will be displayed at checkout. We do not charge a handling fee. Only actual shipping charges will be billed to your credit card. Note that if we can ship via USPS at a lower cost than UPS, we will do so and refund the difference in price to you. We are working on making USPS an option directly from our website.
We will email you a UPS tracking number as soon as your order has been processed.
Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged. Retain the original packing materials and the item. We will initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company and either replace the item or credit your account upon our reimbursement from the shipping company.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned item was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Our Guarantee: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it (in new, resalable condition) within 14 days of purchase. Either call us at 781-643-3767 or email us to arrange for a replacement or refund. Your purchase price minus any shipping fees will be refunded.
