RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Guarantee:

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of purchase. Returns can be made either by mail. All merchandise returned must be in sellable condition with the original packing and either an original or copy of the receipt. Your purchase price minus any shipping fees will be refunded.

Shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned item was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged. Retain the original packing materials and the item. We will initiate an insurance claim with the shipping company and either replace the item or credit your account upon our reimbursement from the shipping company.

Returns by Mail:

1. Email us at info@coyoteimpressions.com with "return" in the subject line. Include your order number, item (s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Please ship your return via US Postal Service, UPS or Fedex to the address listed below. Make sure to include a copy of your receipt and to use a service that includes proof of delivery. Coyote Impressions is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.

3. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. Note it can take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
